Clothing items generally take 3-10 business days to ship, as many of them are imported from warehouses located further away from our main order processing center. While we strive for efficiency, some delays may occur based on inventory location and logistics.

Possible reasons for delays include:

High Order Volume: Increased demand during sales and holiday seasons.
Product Location: With over 5,000 products in our store, your item may need to be transferred from another warehouse to our processing facility.
Unforeseen Delays: Various factors outside our control may occasionally cause delays.

If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and provide options to proceed. You can choose to wait for a restock, exchange the product, or request a refund.

To properly care for your jersey, follow these steps:

It's important to avoid using harsh cleaning chemicals or scrubbing too hard on your sneakers, as this can damage the material and cause the shoes to lose their shape. Additionally, avoid putting your sneakers in the washing machine, as this can cause the shoes to shrink or become damaged. If you're not confident in your ability to clean your sneakers properly, consider taking them to a professional shoe repair shop for cleaning.

You can also purchase special shoe cleaning kits that can be found in sports retail stores. A kit like this has it's own use instructions and they generally do a very good job cleaning the shoe.
